Colorectal cancer: Are you at risk?
Colorectal cancer is the second-leading cancer killer, but it's also the most
preventable cancer - when it's caught early. In almost all cases, early diagnosis
can lead to a complete cure. Norton Cancer Institute provides free screening kits at community screening sites as a first response to preventing and finding colon cancer. You must attend one of our screening events to obtain a screening kit.

Norton Cancer Institute also provides colon health kits that are packed full of helpful information and tips on preventing and detecting colorectal cancer. Kits include a colonoscopy tip sheet and the latest screening guidelines. Request a Free Colon Health Kit now or call (502) 629-1234.

There is no single cause of colon cancer. Nearly all colon cancers begin as benign polyps, which slowly develop into cancer. The best way to detect polyps in their earliest and most treatable stage is through a colonoscopy.

The Colonoscopy Checklist can help you determine if you are a candidate for this screening. The Prevention & Early Detection Program provides free screening kits at locations throughout the community. The kits serve as a first response when a colonoscopy is not an option.

Consult your physician about what screening method is right for you.
